Whether you're heading to Dhaka or just across town, AshRide allows you to broadcast your trip so others can join your ride or send parcels with you. You can choose to offer rides or courier services free of cost or for a fee. It's up to you.
Our goal is to build a verified, trusted network where people can collaborate to reduce travel costs, save time, and foster a spirit of community. All users undergo identity verification using NID and other personal information to ensure safety and reliability. Join us in redefining the way we travel and share resources.
You must be 18 years or older and provide accurate personal details, including NID verification.
AshRide is a platform to connect users. We are not responsible for disputes, accidents, or loss during rides or deliveries.
All users must complete a mandatory identity verification process.
You agree to be respectful, truthful, and law-abiding in your interactions. Misuse or harassment will lead to account suspension.W
Since AshRide operates as a peer-to-peer platform and not a transportation provider, refund policies depend on agreements between individual users.
Service Fees: If AshRide collects any service or verification fee, such payments are non-refundable unless a technical error is proven.
Ride or Parcel Disputes: Users must resolve ride or delivery issues amongst themselves. We may intervene only in exceptional cases. Delivery Time has to be below 7 days. If it is above 7 days then the merchant will fall under Escrow Modality.
Unauthorized Charges: If you notice an unauthorized charge, report it within 7 days for review.
We collect your name, contact info, location data, and NID details for verification and service operation.
Your data is used to match rides, communicate with other users, and ensure safety.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
We do not sell your data. Information is only shared with verified users or required by law.
